N.Y. Federal Judge Recommends Class Action Against Metropolitan Life Proceed

Bailey Glasser and co-counsel Robert Izard and Douglas Needham represent a pair of subclasses of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company whose pension benefits were unlawfully reduced using outdated mortality estimates.
