Bailey Glasser partner Todd Mathews was interviewed by the Chicago Tribune in its recent editorial urging state officials to investigate the disturbing allegations of juvenile sexual abuse at the Harrisburg Juvenile Detention Center in Illinois, and the failure of officials to act.

“Children are not convicts, they’re residents of the youth facility, in the custody of the state for care and rehabilitation,” he told the Tribune.
