Attorney Alexandra Calton Joins Mass Torts Practice Group in Birmingham, AL

Bailey & Glasser, LLP welcomes Alexandra J. Calton as the newest lawyer in our award-winning Mass Torts Practice Group. Alexandra joins the dedicated lawyers in our Birmingham, Alabama office, which was newly recognized this year by Chambers & Partners in the Litigation, Mainly Plaintiffs category.

Alexandra brings a strong background in litigation, focusing her practice on representing individuals and class members who have been injured by defective firearms, medical devices, and pharmaceutical drugs, as well as those harmed by institutional negligence. Alexandra has a tenacious and empathetic approach to her advocacy, grounded in a commitment to justice.

Notably, she was appointed to serve as Interim Lead Counsel on a national data breach class action, In re: Medical Center Barbour Data Breach Litigation, on behalf of 61,000 individuals. Her leadership and results-driven advocacy have earned her national recognition, including repeated honors in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2024-2025) and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 (2022-2024). Alexandra was also awarded a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Leadership by Alabama Governor Bob Riley.
