Stephen has dedicated his career to representing investor plaintiffs and bankruptcy trustees in many of the largest financial and accounting fraud cases. In 2018, he led the trial team that secured a $625 million verdict on behalf of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) against PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) which was the largest amount ever secured in a verdict against a global public accounting firm.
